6How long before I can actually drive my vehicle safely?
Usually, you can drive your vehicle right after having repair or replacement of windshield. If there is any additional waiting time a technician will let you know.
7Is there any chance of damage to my vehicle during the repair or replacement?
There should be no damage to your vehicle while the repair or replacement is taking place. We use protective drapes as a precautionary measure to avoid any damage during your service.
8Will my vehicle be cleaned up after the repair?
After the repairs, a technician will vacuum your vehicle to assure there aren’t any pieces of broken glass.
9Will my rearview mirror be removed from the old windshield and applied to the new windshield?
Your rearview mirror will be removed from the old glass and attached to your new glass by an auto glass technician.
10Will the stickers from my current windshield be replaced?
Your current inspection stickers will be removed and if allowed by law, will be applied to your new windshield. Please check with your state licensing agency as some states do not allow reapplication of the current sticker. Those states usually require new sticker purchase within 3-5 days of windshield replacement.

A technician will call once on their way to let you know when to expect them.

Your technician will try all contact numbers to reach you. If they are unable to after several tries, we can always reschedule your appointment.

The technician will require your keys in order to access your vehicle and confirm everything is in proper working order.
